Curried Chickpea Spread

2 cans of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
6 scallions, sliced in rings
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons curry powder
1/2 cup plain, full fat yogurt
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 avocados (optional)

Yogurt Garlic Dressing (optional)

1/2 cup of plain, full fat yogurt
1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
Blend all until smooth

Put all ingredients except scallions in a food processor and combine until blended but chunky. Top with shredded vegetables like zucchini, carrots, peppers and/or cucumber in a whole grain tortilla. Top with small amount of yogurt dressing, if using. Roll up, cut and half and place in a baggie.
