1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups of frozen corn
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons cumin powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder

Pulse all in a food processor until combined well but still a little chunky. Spread on a whole grain tortilla and top with shredded vegetables. Add a little sour cream mixed with a small amount of salsa, roll up, cut in half, and bag!
