3 cups cooked spaghetti squash
2.5 lbs browned ground beef (lean)
6 oz chopped spinach
3 cups spaghetti sauce
4.5 cups cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Place cooked spaghetti squash strands in casserole dish. Layer each remaining ingredient in the dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and lasagna is hot all the way through.
