Sesame Carrots

12 cups of carrot sticks or baby carrots
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400°. Toss carrots with all other ingredients. Spread in a single layer on cookie sheets and roast until tender. Allow to cool, then put 1/2 cup portions in baggies.
